Owners were very helpful. Service was good. Breakfast was not included but was a buffet and excellent value. Not just the usual croissants and bread. Roadside parking was available nearby at no cost. Location was excellent in a quiet road but just 5 minutes walk from the main centre of the village. TV was good with a nice range of channels to select from including the BBC. We were very happy during our 3 nights at this hotel and would readily recommend it on all counts subject to the few reservations expressed below. Our experience in this hotel was in line with what we had read in the reviews on the Internet websites including Booked.net. We will stay there again if the opportunity arises.
Rooms are quite small but adequate. Walls are a bit thin so corridor noise can be easily heard. This could be a problem if there are noisy guests but we found it was not a bother as all the guests were considerate and between 11.00 pm and 8.00 am the hotel was quiet. No lift if you have heavy luggage. Probably not suitable for a long stay due to room size.

Pleasant hotel, reasonably clean, incredibly nice staff, location very close to the Rue de la Gare bus stop was fab! We stayed in a new-fashioned comfort queen room with French windows, very comfortable king size bed, as for instance. Location: the venue was so close to a fine restaurant that was recommended by staff as well as delightful Dinard. It was close to Creperie Chez le Sarrazin, where you can have dinner.

Very friendly welcome to a person who likes to practice French. No attempt to enforce English. The room was very comfortable with a complimentary bottle of water. Hotel within easy walking distance of the town.
It didn't bother me but there was no lift.
